Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the gempak99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users. Accepted payment methods include local internet banking via FPX, e-wallets such as TNG eWallet, and bank transfers from major Malaysian financial institutions.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during a transaction is accurate and current. gempak99 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment details submitted by the user.
To withdraw funds, users are required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process, which includes verifying that your full name matches the name on the receiving bank account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Standard processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the chosen method and the relevant financial institution.
Gempak99 reserves the right to suspend or void any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. Funds associated with such transactions may be withheld pending further investigation.

In the event of a legitimate account closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the user through an appropriate method.
